Troubleshooting and training

This client has the goal of making Shopify experts out of the entire team. The project involves troubleshooting issues, correcting them, and training the client on the solution when appropriate. Helping them to feel comfortable interacting with the theme code. To accomplish things like installing Google Tags, making minor UX improvements, and integrating apps.

Hide variant selectors based on product tag.

The client's store used variants set to $0.00 in stock to add free flavor options to bundles. Setting availability to 0 hid the free variant selectors on product pages. After a theme update these variant selectors were displaying with a strikethrough. I needed a way to hide these variant selectors and handle different numbers of selectors based on product category.

What is your minimum engagement?

No job is too big or too small!

Depending on the scope of work I may ask for a deposit before we get started. For ad hoc work I charge in 15 minute increments.

What if I'm not happy with your work?

Customer satisfaction is my top priority.

Things like design and functionality can be subjective. I ensure transparency through daily updates with screenshots and/or video walkthroughs. All changes will be approved by you before going live on your store.

Post-launch revisions:

  • 60-day window for requests
  • Requests must be detailed and specific
  • Revisions within contract scope will be completed promply (within 3-10 business days)

If a request falls outside the original contract scope, additional fees may apply.
